In fact, we have a 3-times-and-you're-out policy here at Libido, which means that if we get three (3) returns on a specific product, that product is pulled from our shelves and online store. This policy does differ from other adult stores, that generally do not accept returns on personal products. This is because Libido recognizes that like any other retail purchase, the customer deserves a quality product that they feel was worth the cost. Therefore, we encourage returns on defective products so that we can ensure customer satisfaction and gain product feedback, so we can uphold our promise of offering only top quality products.
